Email Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executive to independently manage and execute our email campaigns. This role involves the full lifecycle of a campaign, from creation and sending to in-depth analysis of results. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining our email lists and ensuring our sender reputation remains positive to maximize the success of all our communications.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Independently plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns from start to finish using various email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.).
• List Management: Manage and segment email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to build and expand our email subscriber base and generate high-quality leads.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide regular reports to optimize future campaigns.
• Reputation Management: Maintain and improve email deliverability and sender reputation by monitoring domain health and adhering to best practices.
• Content Collaboration: Work with the content and marketing teams to create compelling and engaging email content that resonates with our target audience.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to continuously improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an email marketing role.
• Demonstrated experience with email list building and lead generation.
• Proficiency in using a variety of email marketing platforms.
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including list hygiene, deliverability, and spam laws.
• Experience with domain reputation management and ensuring strong email deliverability.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
