About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to help drive sales and promote our products/services. This role involves both field and digital marketing tasks, offering great learning opportunities for freshers and growth potential for early-career professionals.

Responsibilities

• Promote Kisan.com products/services to farmers, retailers, and agri-dealers.

• Generate leads through field visits, calls, events, and partnerships.

• Assist in online and offline marketing campaigns and awareness drives.

• Educate users about platform features (e.g., mandi rates, expert advice, content hub).

• Collect user feedback and share insights with the product and content teams.

• Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and sales activities.

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English.

• Interest or background in agriculture, rural marketing, or agri-tech is a plus.

• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

• Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, Google Forms, MS Excel).

• Freshers with strong motivation are highly encouraged.
