Email Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Email Marketing Executive to design and execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage automation, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. The candidate will play a key role in driving engagement, improving lead conversion, and contributing to overall pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaigns across email, digital ads, content syndication, webinars, events, and social platforms.
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience segmentation, content coordination, A/B testing, landing pages, and scheduling.
• Track and optimize performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Create and manage automated nurture programs and workflows, including drip campaigns, retargeting, and account-based initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion.
• Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with Sales to hand off qualified leads and align on follow-up strategies.
• Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns reflect positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, or campaign analytics tools is a plus.
• Interest in multi-channel campaign execution and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
