Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Email Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize outbound email campaigns targeting digital agencies and marketing firms globally for white-label solutions and staff augmentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email outreach campaigns targeting digital agencies in the US, Europe, Australia, and other markets.
• Research and segment potential agency leads based on geography, size, and service requirements.
• Create personalized and compelling cold email sequences that highlight our white-label services and staff augmentation model.
• Manage end-to-end email workflows, including research data, verification and scheduling.
• Track, analyze, and optimize email marketing (open rates, replies, conversions).
• Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging with business objectives and hand over qualified leads.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of proven experience in B2B email marketing / lead generation (preferably in digital marketing and IT services).
• Strong knowledge of cold email strategies, lead segmentation, and personalization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing (Google codes, Apollo, etc)
• Good written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive outreach emails.
• Understanding of email deliverability, warm-up processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience targeting digital agencies for outsourcing/white-label services.
• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and web development (to align messaging).
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads via cold email campaigns.
