Email Marketing Executive

We offer product development with end-to-end solutions from designing, tooling, and production. We manufacture Plastic, Rubber, Silicone, and Metal parts for various industries like Automobile, Electronics, Home Appliances, and Agriculture — supporting both existing products and new inventions.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building email lists, creating engaging email content, analyzing performance metrics, and improving customer engagement through targeted messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily email operations, including campaign creation, scheduling, and execution.
  • Build and optimize email workflows for promotions, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
  • Perform data searching, data cleaning, and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Use email verification tools to validate and filter email databases.
  • Generate high-quality leads through strategic and targeted email outreach.
  • Monitor campaign performance (email open rate, CTR, bounce rate, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, email templates, and CTAs to improve results.
  • Create & Ensure all email content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain CRM/email lists and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and lead-generation techniques.
  • Skilled in using email automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused email content.
  • Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and improve campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability, spam filters, and list hygiene best practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML email templates (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with bulk emailing tools and email validation platforms.

1. Data Searching Software: Apollo /ZoomInfo/ Lusha/ LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ Skrapp/ Snov.io

2. Data Filtration / Email Verification Tools: NeverBounce/ ZeroBounce/ Hunter Email Verifier/ Bouncer/ Clearout

3. Email Sending / Campaign Management Platforms: Instantly/ Mailchimp/ SendinBlue (Brevo)/ MailerLite/ HubSpot Email Marketing/ SendGrid/ Zoho Campaigns

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in email marketing for lead generation

Work Type:

Full-time, Work From Office (6 days a week)
