Job Summary

The Email Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions. The role involves managing subscriber lists, designing email templates, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring high deliverability and compliance with email marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
• Build and manage email lists, segment audiences, and maintain data hygiene.
• Create engaging email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions aligned with brand tone.
• Design and test responsive email templates using HTML or drag-and-drop builders.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize content, timing, and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with data protection and anti-spam regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Generate and present regular reports with actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in email marketing automation and personalization
