Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online research to identify & qualify potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, etc.
• Build research profiles for target accounts & decision-makers.
• Gather client insights for personalized outreach.
• Draft & send personalized outreach emails.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and blogs.
• Write SEO-friendly articles & marketing copy.
• Assist in managing social media accounts (posting, scheduling, engagement).
• Help design graphics & edit videos for campaigns.
• Monitor and report on lead generation and campaign results.
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements

• BBA students (3rd year, 4th/5th semester) or fresh graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) are a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Computer Skills: MS Office, Google Workspace.
