Role Overview

We are offering a CRM Consultant Internship designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in CRM consulting, client engagement, and business process automation.

During this internship, you will gain practical exposure to client communication, requirement gathering, and Zoho One application management. You will work closely with senior consultants to support client projects and internal system administration.

This program is intended to lead into a mandatory full-time position as a CRM Consultant after successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist consultants in gathering and analyzing client requirements.
• Engage in client communication through calls, meetings, and email correspondence.
• Provide first-level client support for Zoho applications.
• Manage and optimize our company’s Zoho One account (CRM, Desk, Books, Projects, etc.).
• Participate in Zoho CRM and related app implementation, customization, and reporting.
• Prepare documentation, process maps, and training materials for clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
• Learn and apply best practices in CRM consulting and business process automation.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in CRM, ERP, and business automation platforms (Zoho experience is a plus).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and document business processes.
• Problem-solving skills with eagerness to learn.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
