Zoho Expert

Position Overview

As a Zoho Expert, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and managing Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho One apps. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design tailored workflows, automate processes, and ensure smooth adoption of Zoho tools to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications as per client requirements.
• Design workflows, automation, and integrations within Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps.
• Manage user roles, profiles, and data security settings across Zoho platforms.
• Integrate Zoho with third-party applications and APIs where needed.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support and training.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify business challenges and recommend Zoho-based solutions.
• Stay updated with new Zoho features, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Zoho CRM and the Zoho One suite.
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, blueprint, and advanced customization.
• Hands-on experience in Zoho Deluge scripting and API integrations.
• Ability to design custom reports and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate, sales, or service industry CRMs is a plus.
• CRM customization (modules, fields, layouts, Blueprints).
• Workflow automation & Deluge scripting.
• Custom reports & dashboards.
• API & third-party integrations (Zoho Flow, Marketplace apps).
• Data migration & management.
• User roles, security, and access control.
• End-user training & adoption support.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week
