Job Overview:

We are looking for a HubSpot Expert with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and managing HubSpot tools to streamline lead generation, customer engagement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for sales, marketing, and service teams.
• Create and manage workflows, pipelines, and automation for lead nurturing and customer journeys.
• Develop email campaigns, landing pages, and forms within HubSpot.
• Maintain and segment contact lists for targeted campaigns.
• Integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and CRM analytics.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot features.
• Ensure HubSpot data hygiene and proper database management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience working with HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub.
• Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodology.
• Knowledge of HubSpot automation, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization (preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• HubSpot certifications (Inbound, Marketing Software, Sales Software) are a plus.

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week
