Lead AI Automation Engineer GoHighLevel, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, WATI

Job Location: Lahore DHA Phase 8

Job Timing: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Description

You’ll automate our outreach pipeline:

• Pull leads from Apollo
• Enrich with Clay
• Push to Smartlead for cold email
• Sync warm leads to GoHighLevel CRM
• Trigger WhatsApp/SMS follow-ups via WATI or LeadConnector

Responsibilities:

• Build end-to-end automations using Make.com, Zapier, or APIs
• Maintain CRM pipelines and automations in GoHighLevel
• Integrate data and workflows between all tools
• Troubleshoot automation errors and optimize flows
• Document systems and support internal teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years in automation, CRM, or AI tool integration
• Strong experience with Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, GoHighLevel, WATI/LeadConnector
• Expert in Make.com, Zapier, or webhooks/API workflows
• Solid understanding of cold email outreach and lead funnels
• Ability to debug, test, and improve performance

Bonus Skills:

• Python or JavaScript scripting
• WhatsApp API (WATI, Twilio, Gupshup)
• Experience with US-based clients or agencies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
