Role Overview:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential leads for our real estate clients. Your efforts will directly help our agents close more deals and grow their business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Identification: Use online tools, social media, and marketing platforms to find potential buyers and sellers.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and run targeted marketing campaigns via social media, email, and other channels.
• Data Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve lead quality and volume.
• Collaboration: Work with real estate agents to understand their requirements and tailor lead strategies accordingly.
• CRM Management: Keep accurate records of leads and follow-ups in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in lead generation, preferably in real estate or digital marketing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess data and adjust strategies for better results.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Bahria Town and Lahore real estate market trends.
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO strategies.
• Creative thinking for marketing and promotional campaigns.
