Job Title: Email Marketing Intern
Location: Township College Road, Lahore
Shift Timing: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am

Overview:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for Email Marketing Interns to join our dynamic marketing team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in email marketing, working alongside professionals to learn the strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and improved conversion rates. You’ll be exposed to the world of digital marketing, gaining practical skills to help you grow in the marketing field.

Learning Opportunities:

• Leads Generation: Learn how to identify and target new leads to expand an email subscriber list. Gain exposure to lead generation strategies and tools used in the industry.
• Campaign Execution: Get involved in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns. You will learn how to design, schedule, and analyze campaigns aimed at boosting engagement and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
• Email List Management: Understand the process of managing and segmenting email lists. You will have the opportunity to learn how segmentation improves targeting and campaign results.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Dive into the world of A/B testing. You will learn how to experiment with different elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, designs) to optimize and determine the most effective strategies for email marketing.
• Analytics & Reporting: Learn how to track email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. You will assist in generating reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• A keen interest in email marketing and digital marketing strategies.
• Basic understanding of email marketing tools (such as MailChimp, HubSpot, or others) and email marketing best practices is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, with a willingness to learn content creation and copywriting.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• No prior professional experience required, though familiarity with digital marketing is an advantage.
