We’re Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

Projectler Technologies is looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage email campaigns (cold outreach, drip sequences, newsletters).
• Build and segment email lists to deliver targeted, personalized messaging.
• Manage and optimize lead-nurturing workflows to boost engagement and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align messaging with company goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Instantly and Dripify (experience is a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of email deliverability, open rates, and conversion strategies.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on campaign metrics.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.

Preferred:

• Experience in the construction, SaaS, or B2B services industry.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (PipeDrive, HubSpot, or similar).
