e are seeking a skilled Cold Email Specialist to craft, manage, and optimize outbound email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and conversions through personalized email sequences, with strong expertise in monitoring deliverability and refining outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and manage highly personalized cold email sequences tailored to prospects.
• Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and response rates to optimize performance.
• Analyze campaign results and refine messaging for better conversions.
• Collaborate with the outreach and business development teams to align strategies.
• Stay up to date with best practices and tools for outbound email campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing and data protection regulations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in outbound email campaigns.
• Strong track record of converting cold emails into qualified leads.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience with email automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly.ai, Woodpecker, etc.).
• Knowledge of A/B testing, inbox warming, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
