Job Title: Cold Call Executive (Male, Night Shift)

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

Experts Communication is seeking a highly motivated Cold Call Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, engaging in cold calls, and generating new business opportunities. You will play a key part in helping us expand our client base by qualifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team. If you are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold calling potential clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining if our products/services are a good fit.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and pass along qualified leads.
• Achieve and exceed call volume, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.
• Build rapport with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Stay updated on company products, market trends, and competitor offerings to remain relevant during calls.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation (telemarketing experience is a plus).
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with potential clients.
• Comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet targets.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or SaaS (preferred but not required).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve results.
