Compensation: USD $300–$500 per month (based on experience)
Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST (PKT: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM)

Role Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline. You’ll own day-to-day execution in our email platform and partner with Sales on promotions, product availability, and outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Build and send newsletters, promotions, and lifecycle/automation flows
• Write concise, on-brand copy (subject lines, CTAs, snippets)
• Segment lists by profile, industry, engagement, and lifecycle stage
• Maintain list health: validate imports, manage bounces/unsubscribes, improve deliverability
• A/B test subject lines, send times, content blocks, and offers
• Track KPIs (open/click rates, CTR, conversions, reply rate) and report weekly with insights
• Coordinate with Sales on campaigns for key parts, inventory drops, and follow-ups
• Keep templates brand-consistent and mobile-responsive

What You’ll Need

• 1–2+ years in email marketing or CRM/lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with major ESPs/CRMs (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Strong written English and an eye for clean layout/design
• Understanding of segmentation, deliverability basics, and CAN-SPAM compliance
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic analytics (UTMs, GA basics, CTR math)
• Ability to work the PKT night shift listed above

Nice to Have

• B2B/electronics or distribution experience
• Basic HTML for email editing
• Copywriting/testing portfolio or examples of past campaigns
• Experience integrating ESP with CRM (e.g., Zoho)
