Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to take the lead in executing our email marketing strategies. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases, and creating newsletters. As an Email Marketing Specialist, your role is to reach customers through email campaigns and inform them about new products and events. Ultimately, you should be able to promote our brand and ensure our customers stay in touch with our company updates.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage direct email marketing campaigns.
Draft email copy and ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.
Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in your email sends.
Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Manager or Email Marketing Specialist.
Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems.
Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Strong project management skills.
