As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Email Marketer to strengthen our B2B lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns focused on B2B lead generation for web and app development services.
- Build and maintain targeted email lists of potential business leads.
- Write compelling subject lines, email copy, and CTAs aligned with the company's value proposition.
- Conduct market research to identify potential industries, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
- Use tools like Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar for cold outreach and email automation.
- Track email campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, etc.) and optimize based on analytics.
- A/B test various email strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align lead generation goals and nurture campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of cold email strategies and outbound marketing funnels.
- Familiarity with tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, Snov.io, Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on crafting persuasive emails.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
- Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and reporting campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the IT services industry (especially web and app development).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel prospecting.
