Email Marketing Specialist

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns to promote our services, nurture leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B email marketing strategies, automation tools, and data-driven campaign management—preferably within the construction or cost estimation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns focused on the US construction sector.
• Build and segment email lists to ensure effective targeting and personalization.
• Create engaging and professional email content aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
• Manage automated email workflows, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales and content teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably targeting the US market.
• Proficiency with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and content development skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows.
• Solid understanding of campaign analytics and reporting.
• Experience in the construction or cost estimation industry is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or LinkedIn lead generation.
• Experience in B2B marketing or working with construction professionals.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
