Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Email & SMS Marketing Specialist who can build, manage, and
optimize high-performing email campaigns and automated flows for a fast-growing women’s fashion e-commerce brand.
You’ll work closely with our content team, designer, and performance marketers to increase retention, improve conversions, and create scroll-stopping, feminine, fashion-forward email experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Campaigns (Weekly)

• Plan, write, and schedule 2–3 email campaigns/week (new arrivals, style edits, bestsellers, promotions, drops)
• Segment & personalize lists for maximum engagement
• Write compelling subject lines, hooks, and CTAs
• A/B test email content, timing, and formatting

Flows / Automations

• Build and optimize automated flows, including: Welcome Series , Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback, VIP & Loyalty flows
• Improve deliverability, sender reputation, and engagement rates

Analytics & Optimization

• Track key metrics: open rate, click-through rate, revenue performance
• Prepare weekly performance summaries
• Suggest improvements based on data
• Work closely with the designer for on-brand visuals

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing (eCommerce preferred)
• Experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, or similar
• Strong copywriting skills (fashion experience is a HUGE bonus)
• Understanding of segmentation, flows, and conversion psychology
• Basic analytics understanding
• Ability to work fast and meet weekly deadlines
• Aesthetic sense for fashion brands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
