Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our business development and marketing team. The candidate must have strong technical, analytical, and strategic skills to ensure high deliverability, effective campaign performance, and compliance with email marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns across various audience segments.
  • Develop drip sequences, newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Manage email lists, segmentation strategies, and data hygiene.
  • Perform A/B testing for subject lines, content, and send-time optimisation.
  • Ensure high deliverability by monitoring domain health, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues such as blacklisting or spam-triggering factors.
  • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to align campaigns with lead-generation goals.
  • Maintain and manage multiple domains as needed for campaign success.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the IT or SaaS industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Email Marketing (Professional or Enterprise)
  • Strong command of email automation tools, segmentation, and workflows.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience running cold and warm email campaigns for lead generation.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of domain warm-up, deliverability and sender reputation.
  • Ability to track, diagnose, and resolve domain issues such as blacklisting and spam filters.
  • Comfortable managing and monitoring multiple domains simultaneously.
