We’re looking for a creative and data-driven eMail Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. If you love crafting engaging emails, segmenting audiences, and optimizing campaigns for better performance, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll play a key role in shaping, analyzing and implementing the email marketing strategies of our eCommerce clients- from campaign ideation and execution to tracking results and improving open and click-through rates.

Analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, segments, demographics that could be turned from newsletter subscribers to paying customers.

Plan, build, and execute email campaigns for product promotions, newsletters, and customer engagement.

Segment email lists based on customer behavior and demographics.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance - open rates, CTR, conversions, and provide insights.

Run A/B tests on subject lines, content to optimize performance.

Maintain and grow our clients' email subscriber list while ensuring data cleanliness and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve strategy.

2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).

Understanding of key metrics and tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, etc.

Good copywriting skills with a strong eye for detail and design.

Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in e-commerce or B2C marketing.

Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and automation.
