Email Marketing Specialist

Position:

We are currently on the lookout for an Enthusiastic and Operationally Strong Individual for the role of experienced Email Marketing Specialist at our office based in Lahore. The incumbent should have the below-mentioned skillset, expertise and experience in the field.

Education/Qualification:
Graduation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or any relevant field

Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the US Market and Digital Marketing or IT Industry.

Timings:
Willing and flexible to work in the evening or night shifts (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities, Duties and Skills required:

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with product launches, feature updates, and customer lifecycle stages
• Create and manage automated email workflows, including onboarding, trial nurturing, product education, retention, and re-engagement campaigns
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive email copy that explains software features and benefits to technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand new features and translate them into customer-facing messaging
• Segment users based on behavior, usage data, and lifecycle stage to deliver personalized communications
• Set up and run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and calls to action to optimize performance
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, activation, churn, and conversion to paid plans
• Maintain email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Coordinate email campaigns with in-app messaging, product marketing, and sales initiatives
• Document processes and continuously improve email marketing workflows
