Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database/data collection to support targeted email marketing campaigns
• Conduct regular analysis of email performance and provide detailed reports to track key metrics, including open rates, replies
• Optimize email campaigns to increase open rates and engagement, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices
• Manage multiple cold email campaigns for clients, tailoring strategies to meet their specific goals and objectives
• Craft compelling and personalized copy that grabs the attention of our target audience and drives them to take desired actions
• Continuously research and implement innovative techniques to improve cold email effectiveness and maximize response rates
• Source relevant information and contact details using tools like Apollo to enhance prospect research and personalized outreach efforts
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and results
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, industry trends, and target audience preferences
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive working experience

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Good to have 1-3 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS companies
• Expertise in A/B testing, email automation, tracking, and best practices
• Strong Skills in Email Deliverability and in Spamming Issues (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, MX).
• Strong proficiency in email copywriting, including crafting attention-grabbing hooks, compelling email openers, and impactful subject lines
• Experience managing multiple cold email campaigns and optimizing open rates and replies
• Sourcing information using tools like, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Apollo.io to enhance prospect research and outreach efforts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines and goals
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings with Sales Reps in the US outside regular working hours
• Prior experience with sending newsletters is a plus
• Experience working with email designing tools and HTML is a plus
