Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and highly skilled in automation tools, segmentation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and retention workflows.

Manage end-to-end email production: list segmentation, content creation, design coordination, QA, and deployment.

Build automated email sequences including welcome flows, abandoned cart, re-engagement, and upsell campaigns.

Monitor key email KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, and revenue contribution.

Run A/B tests on subject lines, templates, send times, and audience segments.

Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing email content.

Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and best practices.

Conduct regular performance reporting and provide actionable insights to improve results.

Ensure responsive, visually appealing email designs across all devices and clients.

Conduct competitor research to stay updated with email marketing trends and benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign, etc.).

Expertise in automation flows, segmentation, and personalization.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for editing email templates (bonus).

Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on engagement and conversion.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign results.

Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, Fintech, or Digital Marketing agency (preferred).
