Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist located in Johar Town. The specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences, increase lead generation, and drive conversions. Day-to-day tasks include crafting compelling email content, analyzing campaign performance, leveraging email marketing software, and implementing automated workflows to enhance user engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align email efforts with broader marketing strategies will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools
• An understanding of Marketing Analytics and experience with analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
• Experience with Lead Generation strategies and techniques
• Strong Communication skills, including crafting compelling content and maintaining professional stakeholder relationships
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledge of best practices in email marketing and anti-spam laws is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in digital marketing or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory
