Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a talented, proactive, and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

Position: Email Marketing Specialist
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database/data collection to support targeted campaigns
• Manage email lists with proper segmentation for maximum engagement
• Conduct regular analysis of email performance and provide detailed reports (open rates, replies, conversions)
• Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and best practices
• Manage multiple cold email campaigns for clients, tailoring strategies to their goals
• Craft compelling, personalized email copy that drives action
• Continuously research and implement innovative techniques to improve campaign effectiveness
• Source relevant contact data using tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ensure high email deliverability and resolve spam-related issues
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, target audience, and industry trends
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of proven experience in email marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS)
• Strong expertise in A/B testing, email automation, tracking, and optimization
• In-depth knowledge of email deliverability and spam protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, MX)
• Excellent email copywriting skills (hooks, subject lines, personalization)
• Experience managing and optimizing multiple cold email campaigns
• Proficiency in tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Flexibility for occasional meetings with US-based teams
• Experience with newsletters is a plus
• Knowledge of email design tools and HTML is a plus
