Job Summary:

E-mail Marketing Specialist / Manager :Brilzen SMC Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven E-mail Marketing Specialist / Manager who can handle complete A-to-Z e-mail marketing operations. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in strategy development, campaign management, automation, lead nurturing, audience segmentation, deliverability optimization, analytics, and conversion-focused e-mail marketing.

This role requires someone who understands the complete e-mail marketing ecosystem and can independently manage campaigns that generate leads, improve customer engagement, and increase sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complete e-mail marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan monthly and weekly campaign calendars.
• Create customer journey workflows and automated sequences.
• Build lead nurturing funnels to improve customer conversion.

Campaign Management

• Create, schedule, and manage bulk e-mail campaigns.
• Design high-converting promotional, transactional, and newsletter e-mails.
• Manage A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and content.
• Optimize campaigns for open rate, click-through rate, and conversions.

Automation & CRM Management

• Set up and manage e-mail automation workflows.
• Integrate CRM systems with e-mail marketing platforms.
• Handle customer segmentation and audience targeting.
• Maintain clean and organized customer databases.

Technical Expertise

• Ensure e-mail deliverability and inbox placement.
• Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication.
• Monitor sender reputation and domain health.
• Handle bounce management and spam prevention.
• Troubleshoot technical campaign issues.

Content & Copy Coordination

• Write or coordinate compelling e-mail copy.
• Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.
• Create personalized and engaging customer communication.
• Optimize content for mobile responsiveness.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance and generate reports.
• Analyze customer behavior and engagement metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
• Monitor KPIs including:
• Open Rate
• CTR (Click Through Rate)
• Conversion Rate
• Bounce Rate
• Unsubscribe Rate
• Revenue Performance

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Expert-level knowledge of e-mail marketing from A to Z.
• Strong experience with e-mail automation and CRM systems.
• Deep understanding of deliverability optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Data analysis and reporting expertise.
• Ability to manage large-scale e-mail campaigns.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention.

Technical Knowledge:

Candidates should have hands-on experience with tools such as:

• Mailchimp
• Klaviyo
• HubSpot
• ActiveCampaign
• Brevo / Sendinblue
• ConvertKit
• Zoho Campaigns
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Google Analytics
• Zapier or API integrations

Additional Preferred Skills:

• HTML/CSS knowledge for e-mail templates.
• Experience with lead generation funnels.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience with e-commerce e-mail marketing.
• Graphic design understanding for e-mail creatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of proven experience in professional e-mail marketing.
• Strong portfolio or case studies of successful campaigns.
• Certifications in e-mail marketing or digital marketing are a plus.
