We are seeking a motivated Email Marketing Specialist (BD) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in email marketing and business development, with a proven ability to generate leads and support sales growth through effective email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns
• Develop targeted email lists for lead generation and business development
• Write engaging and conversion-focused email copy
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
• Manage email automation workflows and CRM tools Identify new business opportunities through email outreach Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing / digital marketing / BD support
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Understanding of lead generation and email outreach strategies Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
