Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to create, manage, and optimize email campaigns that generate leads and support business growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience with email marketing platforms, lead generation campaigns, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain targeted email lists
• Execute cold email and lead generation campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
• Conduct A/B testing and improve email engagement
• Generate campaign reports and insights
• Ensure email deliverability and compliance best practices

Requirements

• Experience in Email Marketing, Lead Generation, or Digital Marketing
• Strong written English communication skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Smartlead, or similar platforms
• Understanding of cold email outreach and marketing automation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
