Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the demand generation strategy with a strong focus on organic channels.
- Manage and optimize website landing pages to maximize lead conversions.
- Oversee and guide the email marketing team – including campaign calendars, segmentation, and nurturing workflows.
- Track lead funnel performance, maintain CRM hygiene, and prepare detailed reports for the Sales team.
- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns and explore partnership opportunities to build pipeline growth.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, emails, and CTAs to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Share monthly performance insights such as lead source analysis, ROI, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and SEO/Social Media Executive to align overall campaign strategies.
- Recommend quarterly growth strategies (webinars, case studies, organic campaigns).
- Exposure to Customer Data websites Sites for Lead generation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have 04+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Strong knowledge of organic demand generation tactics – SEO, content, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) for performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of lead funnel metrics, conversion optimization, and ROI measurement.
