The Role

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that support VisaPro’s marketing and client engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with the team to design campaigns, analyze performance, and improve outcomes through structured testing and iteration.

What You Will Work On

You will work closely with the team to:

• Plan and execute email campaigns including newsletters, nurture sequences, event campaigns, and promotions
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging for improved engagement
• Set up automation workflows and lifecycle campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and performance
• Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on data
• Use AI tools to assist with campaign creation, optimization, and workflow efficiency

You will also collaborate with professionals across teams and gain exposure to real-world marketing challenges handled by a global organization.
