Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Outreach Campaign assistant to manage our end-

to-end outbound outreach. You will manage everything from technical domain health to high-

converting messages, with the goal of turning cold emails into qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure & Deliverability: Manage technical setups, monitor domains

reputation and infrastructure health, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure emails hit

the inbox.

• Campaign Management: Organize campaigns and segmented prospect lists and

maintain data integrity by moving leads once they engage. Maintain and optimize the

sequences.

• List Hygiene: Maintain and enrich high-quality, targeted segmented prospect lists

aligned with monthly volume targets.

• Optimization: Perform A/B testing on copy and CTAs to boost open and reply rates.

• Lead Nurturing: Monitor inboxes, vet inquiries, and provide rapid responses to

convert interested prospects into booked discovery calls.

• Analytics: Track key metrics like Reply Rate and Qualified Lead Rate, providing

weekly reports and actionable insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Experience with cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo)

and domain and mailboxes management.

• Strong Copywriting: Ability to refine messaging to improve engagement.

• Organizational Discipline: High attention to detail regarding CRM updates and data

hygiene.

• Excellent Communication: Strong written English with a focus on "closing" and

setting appointments.
