Upscale Valley is a fast-growing E-Commerce company specializing in Amazon A-Z Services. We are looking for a highly experienced Email Outreach Expert to drive our email marketing and lead generation efforts in the USA market.

Job Summary:

As an Email Outreach Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing highly targeted email campaigns to generate leads, build relationships, and drive conversions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and maximize engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective email outreach campaigns targeting the USA market.
• Research and build high-quality prospect lists for outreach.
• Personalize email content to improve response rates and engagement.
• A/B test subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to optimize performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key email metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
• Manage follow-ups and nurture leads through email sequences.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and email deliverability techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in email outreach, cold emailing, or email marketing, specifically targeting the USA market.
• Proven track record of generating leads and driving conversions through email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email copywriting, personalization, and segmentation.
• Experience with email outreach tools such as HubSpot, Mailshake, Woodpecker, Outreach.io, or similar.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and spam filters.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot, Pipedrive, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
