  • Respond to customer questions and issues promptly and professionally via email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with products or services.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or specialists.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the company on customer issues and trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹36,361.74 - ₹43,448.60 per month
