Key Responsibilities

  • Send outbound emails to potential and existing customers for product updates, promotions, or follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email.
  • Identify and qualify leads through email outreach and forward them to the relevant teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in email support, outbound communication, or customer service.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer engagement practices.

Experience in B2B email communication or SaaS environments.
