Job Description

BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are looking for an experienced EMBA 170 Operator with strong flexographic printing expertise in a busy box plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain EMBA printing machines
• Manage flexographic printing processes ensuring quality standards
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot printing equipment
• Implement preventive and autonomous maintenance practices
• Coordinate with pre-feeders, palletizers, and strapping machines
• Ensure production targets and quality compliance are met

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating EMBA printing machines or similar
• Strong understanding of flexo printing and rotary die cutting
• Hands on troubleshooting and machine adjustment skills
• ERP system exposure is an added advantage
• Diploma in Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field
