Job Title: Embedded Engineer (IoT & Robotics)
Location: Onsite / Remote
Experience: 2–4 years
Type: Full-time

About Us: We’re building the next generation of smart robots and IoT systems — combining real engineering with education. Our team creates AI-integrated robotic products, develops educational courses, and designs embedded systems from the ground up. If you love tinkering with code, hardware, and sensors — this is where you’ll turn ideas into real, working machines.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Embedded Engineer with strong firmware, hardware debugging, and system integration experience. You’ll work across STM32, ESP32, Arduino, and micro:bit platforms, develop ROS-based robotic systems, and lead junior engineers through real-world IoT and robotics projects.

This is a technical leadership role — not just writing code, but guiding projects from concept to prototype to product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and debug firmware for STM32, ESP32, and Arduino-based systems.
  • Integrate sensors, actuators, and communication modules using I2C, SPI, UART, BLE, and Wi-Fi.
  • Work with ROS/ROS2 for robot control, telemetry, and automation.
  • Collaborate on PCB design, circuit validation, and hardware bring-up.
  • Create Python-based tools or test scripts for data logging and debugging.
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide them through embedded development best practices.
  • Contribute to 3D design, system prototyping, and integration testing.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in embedded systems development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, with working knowledge of Python.
  • Strong hands-on experience with STM32, ESP32, and Arduino.
  • Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals, debugging, and circuit analysis.
  • Experience with FreeRTOS, Embedded Linux, or ROS/ROS2 is highly desirable.
  • Familiar with communication protocols – I2C, SPI, UART, Wi-Fi, BLE.
  • Experience using hardware debugging tools (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.).
  • Ability to design and review PCBs and work with 3D mechanical prototypes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience building or teaching robotics/IoT courses.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools like Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
  • Exposure to AI or CV-based robotics projects.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on cutting-edge robotics and IoT systems that blend hardware, AI, and education.
  • Freedom to prototype, experiment, and lead your own projects.
  • A flat, innovative environment that values real engineering, not just paperwork.
  • Flexible work setup – onsite or remote.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Leave encashment
  • Work from home

Work Location: In person
