We are seeking a skilled and passionate Embedded Systems Engineer with strong expertise in both firmware development and hardware design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with microcontrollers such as ESP32 and STM series, along with PCB design and debugging. You will play a key role in developing innovative embedded solutions for cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and debug embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems (ESP32, STM32, etc.)
- Develop low-level drivers, communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN), and RTOS-based applications
- Design and develop schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts
- Perform hardware bring-up, testing, and debugging of embedded systems
- Optimize firmware for performance, power consumption, and reliability
- Integrate sensors, wireless modules (WiFi, BLE), and peripherals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and product design
- Create technical documentation including schematics, BOM, and firmware architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware and firmware layers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Strong experience with ESP32, STM32, or similar microcontrollers
- Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems
- Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS preferred)
- Hands-on experience in PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or similar)
- Strong understanding of digital and analog electronics
- Experience with debugging tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter)
- Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (WiFi, BLE)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IoT product development
- Knowledge of power electronics and battery management systems
- Experience with high-speed PCB design and EMI/EMC considerations
- Familiarity with Python or scripting for testing and automation
- Experience with certification standards (CE, FCC)
