Job Title: Internship – Hardware Design Engineer Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Hardware Design Engineer Intern to assist in the development and testing of electronic systems. This internship offers hands-on experience in circuit design, PCB development, and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing electronic circuits
• Support PCB layout and schematic design
• Test and debug hardware prototypes
• Work with embedded systems and microcontrollers
• Assist senior engineers in hardware validation

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of electronics
• Understanding of circuit design
• Familiarity with PCB design tools
• Basic programming skills (C/C++ for embedded systems)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Internship Duration

• 4 months

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (completed) in:
• Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
• Electronics Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

Preferred Subjects:

• Digital Electronics
• Microprocessors & Microcontrollers
• Embedded Systems
• PCB Design
• VLSI Design
• Signal Processing

Tools & Software

• Altium Designer
• Cadence Allegro
• MATLAB

Internship Policy

• Duration: 4 months
• First Month: Unpaid (training & evaluation phase)
• Stipend: PKR 20,000/month (from 2nd month, based on performance)
• Certificate: Issued upon successful completion
• Evaluation: Final review by HOD, PM, and HR for potential hiring

Employment Opportunity (Post-Internship)

• Starting Salary: PKR 40,000
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Increment: PKR 20,000 after probation (performance-based)

Internship Timing

• 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 5 days a week

• Only candidates who can join immediately (within one week) should apply

• Preference will be given to candidates with BS Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Successful interns may be considered for a full-time position
