Embedded Systems Engineer -- Industrial Manufacturer (35903)

An international industrial manufacturer in the Romulus, MI area is seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to support the company's new product and system development. Qualified candidates should have a strong background in UAV systems integration.

Responsibilities:

-Flight stack development and maintenance

-Payload and sensor integration

-Avionics and communication architecture

-Testing and verification

-Change control and change management

Requirements:

-BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar relevant degree

-At least 3 years of experience in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems integration (PX4 preferred)

-Experience with C/C++ programming and real-time operating systems (RTOS)

-Experience with MAVLink and MAVSDK

-Experience with embedded systems architecture

-Strong organizational and communication skills

-Ability to work well within a team
