Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and tracking incoming orders, organizing materials (such as fabrics), jewels/spanglez, and coordinating workflow between multiple production departments including heat transfer, (SWE), and imprinting. Ensures all orders are accounted for, scheduled, and completed on time.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform the responsibilities of the Embellishment Coordinator within areas(s) of responsibility.

Receive and log incoming orders on a daily and weekly basis

Maintain and update a production schedule to track order progress

Organize and sort materials (e.g., fabrics, collars, waistbands, jewels/spanglez) by department

Verify that all required materials for each order are received
-
Communicate with departments (Heat Transfer, SWE, Imprinting) to ensure readiness
-
Route orders to the correct department based on requirements
-
Track incomplete or missing items and follow up as needed
-
Maintain organized storage (bins/racks) for different order types

Mark completed tasks and update order status accordingly

Basic computer skills, reading and math skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously

Attention to detail when tracking orders and materials

Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner, with moderate supervision
