About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise A&P mechanics performing maintenance on Embraer Legacy, Praetor, and Phenom aircraft
- Perform repairs, installations, inspections, and scheduled maintenance with minimal supervision
- Document all work in accordance with FAA regulations and OEM standards
- Operate ground support equipment and industrial vehicles (e.g., scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts)
- Maintain control of personal hand tools and ensure proper usage
- Interpret mechanical engineering drawings and technical manuals
- Support aircraft component troubleshooting, weighing, and inspection procedures
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies; participate in 5-S activities
- Demonstrate effective time management and work order tracking
- Utilize enterprise systems and maintain working knowledge of aircraft systems
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant license required
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience servicing Embraer corporate aircraft (Legacy, Praetor, Phenom)
- Proven experience leading or supervising A&P crews on Embraer platforms
- Specialized certifications and/or OEM training (CAE, Flight Safety, Embraer) strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic PC proficiency
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Basic tools required
