we are looking for a skilled Embroidery Digitizer to translate creative concepts into precise, production-ready embroidery files.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert sketches, logos, and design concepts into embroidery-ready digital files.
• Create clean, efficient stitch paths suitable for various fabrics and machinery.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure accuracy, texture, and visual appeal.
• Adjust and optimize designs based on stitch density, color blending, and fabric types.
• Review and test samples, making necessary revisions for final production.
• Maintain organization of digital files and design archives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in embroidery digitizing, ideally within the fashion or textile industry.
• Proficiency in digitizing software Wilcom, etc.
• Strong understanding of stitches, thread types, and embroidery machine operations.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and convert them into production-ready files.
• Good communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Portfolio of previous digitized embroidery work is a strong advantage.
