Embroidery Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. The operator will be responsible for running embroidery production by setting up designs, adjusting machine parameters, and ensuring high-quality embroidery on textile products. The role also requires the ability to create, edit, and optimize embroidery designs using professional embroidery software. overseas candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation

• Operate embroidery machines (single-head and multi-head) to produce designs on fabrics, garments, linens, and other textiles.
• Read and interpret design specifications, work orders, and samples to ensure accurate production.
• Prepare and hoop fabrics properly for embroidery.
• Load and thread needles with appropriate threads and adjust tensions as required.
• Monitor machine operation to detect defects or thread breaks and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, oiling, and replacing needles.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure embroidery meets company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and report any technical issues.
• Follow workplace safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.

Design & Software

• Create, edit, and optimize embroidery designs using embroidery software.
• Convert logos, artwork, and patterns into embroidery-ready files with proper stitch types and sequencing.
• Optimize designs to minimize thread breaks, distortions, and production errors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in embroidery machine operation (single or multi-head machines).
• Working knowledge of embroidery design software and digitizing techniques.
• Strong understanding of stitch types, thread management, and fabric behavior.
• Good design sense, color matching, and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot both machine and design-related issues.
