Role Overview
We are expanding our creative team and seeking a talented Hand-Embroidery Designer to join us in bringing artisanal beauty to our collections.

The Hand-Embroidery Designer will be responsible for creating unique embroidery concepts, developing design patterns, and collaborating with our design and production teams to bring luxury detailing to life. This role requires both creativity and technical mastery of hand-embroidery techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design embroidery motifs aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Develop detailed embroidery swatches and samples.
• Work closely with designer and pattern makers to integrate embroidery into garments.
• Select appropriate materials (threads, beads, sequins, embellishments).
• Supervise execution and ensure high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on embroidery trends while preserving heritage craft techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hand-Embroidery Designer (fashion house or atelier preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing hand-embroidery designs.
• Excellent knowledge of traditional and modern embroidery techniques.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and precision.
• Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with production.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
