Motifz Textile is looking for a talented and experienced Embroidery Puncher to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in embroidery punching software and a keen sense of design detailing for textile production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify embroidery punch files using Wilcom or similar software.
• Ensure accuracy in design punching and machine compatibility.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to maintain embroidery quality and consistency.
• Conduct test runs to check stitch accuracy and make required adjustments.
• Maintain a proper record of embroidery designs and punch files.
• Ensure all designs meet company quality and production standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or certification in Embroidery Designing / Embroidery Punching / Computerized Embroidery Software from a recognized institute.
• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience as an Embroidery Puncher in a textile or garment manufacturing environment.
• Skills:
• Proficient in Wilcom, Tajima, or other embroidery punching software.
• Excellent knowledge of fabric types, stitch styles, and color sequencing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
