Embroidery & Warehouse Associate - Midshift

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, dependable team player to join our warehouse crew on the swing shift. The primary focus of this role is operating our embroidery machines — and don't worry if you've never touched one before. We will train the right person. What we can't train is attitude, work ethic, and the kind of character that makes a team better. That's what we're really hiring for.

What You'll Be Doing

Embroidery machine operation will be your home base, but our warehouse team is cross-trained across production and fulfillment, so you'll also have a hand in:

• Operating embroidery equipment to produce custom embroidered garments (full training provided)
• Trimming excess backing from finished embroidery pieces
• Conducting quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately
• Learning heat press and screen-printing processes
• Receiving and processing incoming stock and deliveries
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping the warehouse organized and safe
• Supporting additional production or fulfillment tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic — this is non-negotiable
• Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
• Reliable and self-motivated; you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
• Comfortable being on your feet and working in a hands-on environment
• Team-first mindset with good communication
• Basic computer skills helpful but not required
• Prior embroidery or warehouse experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• $26/hour pay
• Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance all on first day!
