The Role
Join ERM’s Legal Group as a Contracts Manager supporting the EMEA region for a 12-month maternity cover. You’ll help reduce risk, improve decision-making, and support client relations by managing contracts and related information in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
With your expertise and knowledge, you will provide support to the ERM business in various countries located in the EMEA region.
- Support ERM business units across EMEA with contract management.
- Track contract obligations and compliance.
- Maintain records and manage contract documentation.
- Monitor the team’s shared legal mailbox.
- Advise on contract reviews and approvals per ERM policies.
- Draft and review standard contract types.
- Act as a link between business teams and the Legal Department.
- Negotiate contract issues with legal guidance.
- Provide contract information to business and legal teams.

What you’ll need:
- At least 10 years’ experience in contract management or similar roles.
- University degree (business, technical, or relevant field) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with complex contracts (client, supplier, subcontracts, NDAs, etc.).
- Understanding of commercial, contract, and risk management issues in an international context.
- Excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with MS Office; experience with contract management software is a plus.
